Art prints are shipped internationally and Apparel is shipped exclusively within Europe.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Payments & Returns

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other secure payment options available at checkout. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Q: Can I return an item?
Returns are accepted if the item is unused and in the same condition as when it was received. Please contact us at hello@laybournedesign.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with the return shipping address. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer exchanges as all our products are made to order. If you’d like a different item, you can return your original purchase in accordance with our return policy and place a new order through our website.

Customs & Taxes

Q: Will I have to pay customs or import taxes on my order?
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Christmas Orders

Q: When should I place my order to receive it in time for Christmas?
To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please place it before 04 December. Orders placed after this date may not arrive before the holidays due to production and shipping times.

Exclusivity of the Collection

Q: Will items in the collection be restocked once they sell out?
No, each item in the collection is limited to 30 editions only. Once they’re sold out, they will not be restocked. This ensures the exclusivity and uniqueness of every piece in the collection. Don’t miss out!
